My style of coaching is a conversation-based practice according to the core competencies set by the highest international standard of coaching. Trained to one of the highest levels of coaching (CPC, ACC) and drawing on a degree in psychological studies, I offer momentary support by guiding you through meaningful exploration and building a plan that helps you create lasting well-being and performance.
